Total per month
Domain for rent.
The Domain will be held by an Escrow Third Party, the agreement will be entered into with no hard end date and will be extended automatically with every timely and successful Rental Price Payment.
The Rentee can cancel the Rental Agreement by notifying the Third Party Escrow provider or by not paying the Rental Price before the payment deadline.
This means that the domain can be rented as long as the rentee wants to and doesn’t miss any payment deadlines for the Rental Price.
The Rentee can submit the DNS/Nameserver settings they’d like to set for the domain which will be updated in the records of the domain by the Escrow Third Party, thus allowing the Rentee to effectively control/develop the Domain Name.
After the first Rental Price is submitted, the Rentor and Rentee are prohibited to sell or rent the Domain Name to a third party.
